Beginners Yoga and Pilates Course
Yoga for All is collaborating with Pilates with Sylvia!
Interested in doing yoga or Pilates... but not sure which one to try?
Why not both?!
Join us for an online, 6-week beginners yoga and Pilates course. Lessons will alternate each week (so Pilates for the first week, then a yoga lesson, then Pilates etc) and have been designed to bring you up to speed with the foundations of each discipline.
You’ll leave the course with a good knowledge of both Pilates and yoga, and feeling much more confident to join a group class.
All are welcome!

Wednesdays from 10th September 07.30-08.15am (NB: classes will be recorded for those who need to miss a week, or for those who want to go back through the lesson!)
